Promote inclusion and diversity in the STEAM field through the development of educational resources for ages 14 and above and training addressed to educators in order to empower them to use inclusive STEAM teaching practices and inspire more young women to follow a STEAM career

Reducing the gender gap in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education areas could help reduce skills gap, increase employment and productivity of women and reduce occupational segregation.
